Can Venture Plastics help design or redesign our part?

Yes. Our engineering staff assists with part design, design for manufacturability and part consolidation to reduce cost, working from your concept, your model or an existing part.

Do you run mold flow simulation before cutting steel?

Yes. Mold-flow and part simulation covering fill, warpage, dimensional and cooling analysis is run before tooling is built, so problems are found on screen rather than on the press.

Where are your tools built?

Venture manages tool production from qualified sources around the world for high quality at low cost, then qualifies and maintains the tool at the plant that will run it.

Can we get prototypes before committing to production tooling?

Yes. Additive manufacturing covers early prototypes, and prototype tools can be built to verify a design and run product life cycle testing before production tools are cut.

How is a new program managed from award to production?

Full APQP project management runs the program from concept to production, which keeps your internal resources free while Venture handles timing, tooling, validation and launch.
