Scientific molding sets the process from plastic variables rather than machine settings, so a part runs the same on any qualified press. Venture uses it as standard practice, with the process locked and documented once parts are approved.
How is the process monitored on the plant floor?
RJG cavity pressure monitoring validates every cycle against a proven process window rather than machine settings, which produces repeatable parts and fewer defects.
What inspection equipment is available?
Newton Falls runs a Zeiss O-Inspect 543 and El Paso runs a Zeiss Mass Accura coordinate measuring machine for large-part measurement, supporting aerospace, automotive and medical tolerances.
